This module performs a soft limitation of an imcoming audio stream starting from 40% - 50% of the maximuim input level and ending at 99,99% of the maximum binary level. Input data can have +12dB (4 times more than 24 bit). Limitation occurs beyond 6dB.

g this dynamically it is possible to change a given clock frequency by only a small percentages.

The module is used for both, dynamic compression of the audio level and  as well as harmonic distortion of the signal itself.
Limit value and softness can be adjusted. So can the input amplification to cause overdrive.
